What is your typical shipping timeline?

Items ship out within 2-3 business days.

How are your shipping & handling costs calculated?

Shipping and handling costs are calculated using size and weight of your item through UPS.

If I am local to DFW can I pickup my order?

Yes, Please use code “LOCALPICKUP” at checkout to waive shipping. I will be in touch on pickup.

Are your pieces microwave + dishwasher friendly?

yes, They are microwave/Oven & Dishwasher safe unless specifically noted. Items with gold luster decoration are not microwave safe.

What are your return policies?

Returns are accepted upon approval and within 14 days. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. After the item has been returned In good condition a return will be issued to original payment method minus shipping costs.
